Before you ask

Know the Couple is a live quiz game for wedding receptions. You write ten to twenty questions about your relationship — where you met, who said “I love you” first, who takes longer to get ready — and your guests play along on their own phones by scanning a QR code. There’s nothing to download and no sign-up. Everyone answers each question at the same time. The answers are revealed on a big screen or projector, faster answers score more points, and a scoreboard after every question builds up to a winner: the guest who really knows the two of you best. You run it from your phone, or switch on autoplay and let it run itself.

How is this different from Kahoot?
Kahoot is built for classrooms and offices: bright primary colours, an app or a projector, and a host reading from a laptop. Know the Couple is made for weddings: an elegant rose-gold look, questions about the two of you, no app for guests, and you run it from your phone, or let autoplay run it. It’s a one-time £29, not a subscription.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan a QR code with their phone camera and play directly in their browser. No downloads, no sign-ups, no friction. It takes about 10 seconds to join.
How many guests can play?
Unlimited. Whether you're having an intimate gathering of 30 or a grand celebration of 300, everyone can play at the same time.
Do I need a projector or screen?
No. Each guest sees the questions and answers on their own phone. You can optionally show the game on a big screen for extra fun, but it's not required.
Does someone have to run the quiz?
Everyone plays together, so one of you (or your MC) starts the game from a phone and taps Next between questions. Or switch on autoplay and it runs itself once your guests have joined.
When will I get access?
On 10 October 2026. Pre-order customers get access first: we’ll email you a link to set up your quiz that day, so you’ll have plenty of time to get it ready before your wedding.
What if I change my mind?
